When the County inspector found existing problems with the frame and the plumbing (not DL’s fault), DL promptly fixed the problems and even worked on Saturday so as not to slip the schedule. I have never seen such industrious and detail-oriented work in a contractor. Yuri, especially, was more of an artisan, with an eye to detail and a desire for perfection. All of the workers were wonderful, and trustworthy, and did their utmost to make the whole house beautiful.“

We needed a complete roof rebuild, including new trusses, tile roofing, exterior stucco and painting, interior drywall and texturing, and lighting.

Right from the start, Heather and Alicia were great about listening to what I wanted and helping me to figure out what would be the best options for me! They were never pushy. Im so glad I had the two of them guiding me through the process, because they were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to deciding on all the details. They were also professional and had all the relevant samples on-hand, which was great to help me visualize everything. They were thoughtful, kind, and a pleasure to work with!

They also definitely sold me on the company. I had a few quotes from other places but Alicia and Heather seemed to really care and were more knowledgeable. They were also extremely communicative throughout the process! Katie was also really helpful in making sure I was kept up-to-date on timelines and when my materials came in, etc.

I'm also very happy with the install, itself. The materials are top-notch and I love how everything turned out! Alberto was fantastic and seemed to be very thorough. He was also conscientious, taking care to clean up everyday so there was as little impact to my life as possible. It took a little longer than I expected. But I know some delays are unavoidable because you don't know what you'll find when you tear things out. Alberto listened to me and made sure everything was put in at the exact right height/place that worked for me. He even fixed a part of my flooring next to the shower so it was finished off properly! It looks BEAUTIFUL and I love it so much!

“Showed up on time and finished the install in an hour. Gave me instructions on using the remote. Fan is a little louder on HI then I thought, but LOW is barely audible and MED you can tell it's on but still fairly quiet. Happy customer and would refer them to others.“
