Frank came by to give us a quote and was on time, very professional and personable, and took plenty of time to answer all our questions with zero pressure to buy. After talking it over we decided to go for it and scheduled the install for a few days later. Erik and Bill showed up on time and went to work. They were also very professional and very personable. Great guys! They made sure everything worked properly, cleaned up and vacuumed everywhere (even outside the front door!) and showed us how the wall switch works. Erik checked all the rooms to ensure we had a great airflow and gave us tips for best usage. Above and beyond service. The fresh air throughout the house is amazing! “In 2021 I hired Benning Design and Construction for structural work. The primary concern was in the garage. A crack had formed in the main beam. It felt like a "when" will it break, rather than an "if" it will break. This was a risk to my family.The entire experience with the company was positive, they even brought in a structural engineer to design and approve of the solution. Their repair is magnificent. I can't be happier with their work. I no longer worry each time there is a storm. I think the work from Benning Design and Construction is so good, that it will last infinitely.Additional work was done on our patio. Everything is much improved. However, the garage work just pleases me so much.The company does quality work that will last. Sacramento is lucky to have them.“
