We found out that the breakers in our electrical box no longer meet code and can sometimes fail to break the circuit in case of a short circuit. We hired Doug Milan after a recommendation from a worker at Emigh's Hardware and he replaced the electrical box and rerouted the point at which SMUD makes the connection because the old connection site no longer meets SMUD requirements. He and his assistant worked most of the day of final connection with SMUD in near rain in the 40's and the connection was made and circuits verified with no problems.
