Ray is wonderful. He comes out at a moment's notice, goes above an beyond with his work. Very personable - no upselling, no crazy maintenance charges.
Came out to diagnose a mini-split problem, worked with the vendor and eventually decided to replace the system, rather than fix a pretty terrible unit that was botched by 'Harris Air' (not once, but twice).
Just had him do preventive maintance/clean on my two A/C condenser units - one of which is around 30 years old. Systems are working better than I've ever seen.
