“I had a great experience with Dr. Yamahata. He did an excellent job and provided clear, knowledgeable consultations. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and gave honest advice, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

The front desk staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. They were always welcoming and assisted me whenever I had questions.

However, I was disappointed with the patient coordinator. After surgery, there was no follow-up communication. I had to initiate all follow-ups and coordinate my own post-op appointments, which should not be the patient’s responsibility. Important information that I should have received was never provided.

Overall, I am very happy with Dr. Yamahata’s work and the care from the doctor and front desk staff. Improving post-op communication from the patient coordinator would greatly enhance the patient experience.“

“I have been working with agile for almost a year for my workers comp claim. I actually have two separate claims and to be honest it started off rocky. The provider I was initially assigned wouldn’t listen to my concerns and needs. I was actually in the process of transferring out of their clinic. The dr told me I was faking my pain.

After a sudden loss of physician (she left the practice), I was assigned to Yianni Yiannakou. He has been fantastic! He listened. He took the time to hear about my pain, And in no time at all I was diagnosed with a complex liberal tear which will probably require surgery. I have been in pain for almost a year.
Now there is a light at the end of the tunnel. We know what and why I have pain. And I am now able to get the help I need to fix it. I am very grateful. Hopefully things continue down the right path!“

“This was my second birth at this hospital and I have to say both times were really good experiences but my most recent delivery was amazing! Robin was my labor and delivery nurse and I seriously could not say enough amazing things about her. She was so comforting and kind , she also has an amazing personality which made the process so much easier. She was even jamming out to music with me and hyped me up the whole time. I had a pretty traumatic experience my first time getting the epidural because I waited until I was 8cm so staying still during contractions made it very difficult and painful but the anesthesiologist Dr.Jones was AMAZING. He got the epidural done in under 2 minutes and had an amazing personality as well! After my daughter was born Robin came up to me and told me how proud she was of me and i bursted into tears because i was so grateful for her. I would not have had such an amazing experience if it weren’t for her, truly. All of the nurses and doctors were overall kind and nice! Once we got moved to the recovery room my nurses were Lauren and Cindy, they were SO kind I could not be more grateful to them for making this experience so smooth and amazing. Thank you sutter for having such amazing nurses and doctors! ❤️ and a HUGE thank you to Robin, I will never forget you!!“

“The Gender Health Center is welcoming and friendly. I appreciate that the counselors here made an effort to meet me where I was at, and worked with me on my own timeline. I have struggled to get gender affirming healthcare, but the staff here empathized with my situation and gave me useful resources to get proper medical care. If you are overwhelmed trying to navigate the social, legal, and medical aspects your transition, I would definitely reach out to the the Gender Health Center. I was feeling lost and didn't even know what help I wanted or needed but I just decided to give it a try. I was surprised that the counselors took the time to learn about my situation and gave me options to move forward with my transition. Thanks!“

“We've been coming here for quite a few years now the doctors always cool the nurses are pretty cool most time. vince the social worker he's the greatest. my issues with most of the front desk people they are so nasty they act like they're mad when you come in they don't greet you they don't smile they barely acknowledge you when you would think for a healthcare facility especially dealing with young people and having serious illnesses they would be a little bit more nicer a little bit more you know compassionate one lady in particular at the counter is that just nastiest meanest ugliest lady that's probably why she covers her face with a mask I hate even having a check in with her. Today she was nasty as usual but then there was someone who made it up the lady here in the front I'm not sure what culture she is but she was so nice she smiled she asked how my day was she was so polite it makes you feel a little more comforted coming into places like this I know that this work is hard but if you're going to be so nasty at the front desk especially of a at a specialty clinic for young people go do some back office stuff cuz you should definitely not be at the front desk. Sometimes I wonder like do they think about how they would feelif somebody treated them like that in in in a place like this.“
