I highly recommend One Flow Yoga. Being a member for 9 years, I see no reason to check out any other studios. I appreciate the owners, Kate & Tracy and the various other stellar instructors who all have their unique styles, a very clean studio, their excellent customer service and that they personalize my experience with the simple gesture of remembering my name. When needed, I've also opted taking classes on Zoom and doing some of the many On Demand classes available.Check out their website. One flow yoga is a VERY special place. More than an amazing yoga studio it’s a home you can always come back to find a friend and if you are lucky more of yourself. I can’t recommend it more!
One Flow is superb, a comfortable studio with knowledgeable and friendly coaches, with offerings at a variety of levels. As a beginner looking to improve mobility, I started with the Beginner’s Series, an eight-session introduction that I would highly recommend to others new to yoga. I followed that with regular beginner-friendly classes, which are “simple but not easy”. These nicely complement my running by giving me mobility, balance, and strength work. The coaches are very careful in keeping us safe and offering modifications to make challenging poses more accessible.
