“Another great service experience. A couple years ago needed a gas water heater replaced. Wanted to go with a hybrid. Looked at the SMUD rebates and list of SMUD contractors.

I got three bids. TRC was the best price of the three--in one instance by about $2,000 less. (Don't know that that one contractor was thinking--it was essentially the same job with the same/comparable heater).

Needed to replace another water heater--again wanted a hybrid to replace a gas water heater. Contacted TRC. They were responsive, found the best rebate scenario, and showed up when scheduled.

“Had a stopped up kitchen sink on Saturday. Called Rooter Hero and they came out on Sunday and cleaned out the line totally fixing the problem. They also ran a camera throughout the line making sure it was clear. Other companies wanted to charge a fee for emergency service since it was a Sunday. But Rooter Hero came out immediately and charged less than 60 bucks. I couldn’t believe it. Another company quoted me over 200 for the same service. Rooter Hero is my new plumbing company from now on. They are Heroes!“
