I used YELP Request and a lot of repairmen answered, I started to use Prime HVAC first. Red flags and my gut was going off with this guy Tony from Prime HVAC I will NOT recommend Tony, he didn't know what he was doing and told me my refrigerator door will always close like it did. I dismissed him and got ahold of Ahmad with 4Wires Appliances. He came over and agreed with me by adding a washer to the door and adjusting the refrigerator to balance, he also cleaned my condenser for free. Farhad with 4 wires is the guy you should call for your appliance repair needs. He is responsive, on time and fixes appliances for a fair price. He is honest and goes above and beyond to explain what the problem is. He also gives you a detailed invoice with pictures! Farhad is my new appliance guy!! Steve M

In a world of questionable honor and failure of customer service...we have found a GEM of a knowledgeable and skilled professional in Appliance care and repair. Farhad provided us the expert advice where some could have taken advantage of our lack of knowledge.We will never need to look for another repair company every again.
