4Wires and Farhad did a great job fixing my dishwasher. They diagnosed the problem based on what it was happening, gave an accurate estimate, brought the right part to fix it, installed it, cleaned the user control where a lot of gunk had collected, and reinstalled the dishwasher in a way that should keep grunge out of the controls. It’s been a week of using the dishwasher and the problem has not come back.
Farhad came to our rescue! Our ice maker in our refrigerator stopped working. I found 4wires through Google reviews and it was highly rated. Went to their website and was easily able to make an appointment. Farhan came to our house on a Monday and clearly articulated the issue, and that a new ice maker was needed. He ordered the part and returned Wednesday that week with the part. Within 30 minutes the part was replaced. He also informed me of maintenance I could do moving forward to avoid other problems with the refrigerator. We will be using 4wires for any appliance issues moving forward.
