Update!
The owner was very nice and I was offered another chance with a new barber. Berto did such an awsome job with my son's hair cut and made him comfortable since it was his 1st time ever getting a hair cut from someone other than his mom.
thank you Berto and owner. please do give this place a chance. they'll make sure the end result is to your satisfaction.

I was given an appointment, showed up, waited 30 plus minutes to be told everyone was too busy to help cuz Juan had to leave. no apology or accommodations made. obviously my time wasted and was not valued.

Ask for Zaks Pierce. That's my barber
Great experience at Barbershop. The owner took care of my haircut and did an excellent job — honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve had in the Sacramento area. Fast, clean, professional, and exactly what I wanted. The shop is comfortable and welcoming, and you can tell he really cares about his work and his customers. Definitely recommend Redemption Barbershop. I’ll be coming back.
