“The staff greeted me right away and were very easy to talk to while I walked through the grounds. The landscaping is kept up well and provides a very quiet atmosphere that feels tucked away from the surrounding neighborhood traffic, which makes the whole place feel much more private than I expected. The historical buildings and the green lawns are impressive and create a solid sense of permanence and history, although it would be nice if the entry area looked just as polished as the rest of the park. One small thing that could be improved is the response time to phone calls because it took a couple of tries to get through to the front office. Overall it is a very peaceful and well-maintained location that serves the community well.“

“My father recently passed away and, along with deep grieving, my siblings and I were not looking forward to all the things we’d have to organize, including making funeral arrangements for our dad.

Fortunately, we found Marsha Runquist, a wonderful funeral director at George L Klumpp Chapel of Flowers. Marsha had a warm and welcoming personality, and explained things to us in a very straightforward and understandable way. Ms. Runquist made it obvious she was there to support us in the most professional and caring way. She was extremely warm and kind from the first phone contact to dropping off my dad’s clothes to my dad’s beautiful service.

I am devastated by the loss of my dad, as he was truly an amazing and special man. I am extremely grateful we had someone as gracious and caring as Marsha Runquist to help us with his final journey.
