Cloud 9 tattoo absolutely rules. Everyone in the shop is a professional that I would 100% trust to put ink on my body. Cesar is my go-to guy. Dude can work with anything you throw at him and is a class-act on top of it. He is a true artist and loves the challenge of tattooing. I feel like I can come to him with anything and he can make it happen. I know Angel does brilliant work as well. She's got such a unique style and is such a pleasure to talk to.
