Best experience working with Joedy and his amazing team. Was worried about the time without a kitchen, the mess, quality etc but they came through with flying colors. They helped us design and build our dream kitchen in time, on budget and it was pretty much hassle free. Highly recommend them!!!
Jody and his team (thanks Blake!) did an amazing job on our full kitchen down to the bones remodel! They worked with us through the whole process to make sure everything exceeded our expectations, we even had a surprise when the cabinets arrived in the correct color we choose, but the color didn't work in the lighting and they repainted in a new color no problem! We are very happy with the kitchen and with the manner everything was handled. Blake is, "the man" - did an outstanding job and his communication skills are excellent. Thank you and Blake for "holding our hand" every step of the way. And Sergio was awesome and didn't fret when we returned the cabinet frames for a new paint color. We love the cabinets. They are beautiful! Marosi is fantastic too! The whole team, seriously, a big Thank You from us.
We just completed a big remodel to our existing ADU in our backyard. Joedy and the team at JAZ Developments did a phenomenal job. Key things to note from our experience: Communication: Joedy is a great communicator, whether through email or by text or in person, I always felt informed and up to date on the schedule, hiccups, or week ahead. He was responsive to questions and any concerns that I had throughout our 5 month project. Craftsmanship: The entire team is highly skilled in carpentry, tiling, and finish work and take pride in their craft and are detail oriented. The work of the subs who were brought on equally met the standard and quality of work on the project. Family owned: For us, there is always an intangible benefit to working with a small family owned business. You get to know the people who are on your job site every day, you can see that the crew love working together and value each other's hard work and input. For us, that type of dynamic really made us feel like we were in good hands during what is inevitably a stressful time. We're looking forward to part 2 of our project with JAZ! Remodel details: 1 BR, 1BA; full kitchen and bathroom remodel, partial new foundation, new roof, dual split unit heat/air.
