Jody and his team (thanks Blake!) did an amazing job on our full kitchen down to the bones remodel! They worked with us through the whole process to make sure everything exceeded our expectations, we even had a surprise when the cabinets arrived in the correct color we choose, but the color didn't work in the lighting and they repainted in a new color no problem!We are very happy with the kitchen and with the manner everything was handled. We just completed a big remodel to our existing ADU in our backyard. Joedy and the team at JAZ Developments did a phenomenal job. Key things to note from our experience: Communication: Joedy is a great communicator, whether through email or by text or in person, I always felt informed and up to date on the schedule, hiccups, or week ahead. He was responsive to questions and any concerns that I had throughout our 5 month project. Craftsmanship: The entire team is highly skilled in carpentry, tiling, and finish work and take pride in their craft and are detail oriented. Joedy and his crew are amazing ! They just finished adding a 1/2 bathroom in our house, converted from an old laundry room closet. Everyone on the team was professional, nice, and very easy to work with. Before the project started, I was picturing a pretty basic, "Home Depot" style bathroom, being that this is a pretty small space, no shower, etc. What they did for us was more amazing than I could have imagined! Here are some "before" and "after" pictures, from an old laundry room closet, to a fabulous new 1/2 bath! We will def give Joedy a call for future home construction projects!
