“We had a wonderful experience at Wireless Repair. My brother-in-law was visiting from out of town when his older phone suddenly stopped working. Since he needed it for GPS to drive back home, we were really worried especially because it was a Sunday.

Before stopping by, we had called around looking for a replacement battery because we thought that was the problem. No one else had the battery for such an old phone, but Wireless Repair not only had the parts available, they were also open on a Sunday, which was a huge relief.

When we brought the phone in, the gentleman asked a few questions and recommended leaving it for a diagnostic. About an hour later, he called to let us know the phone was already fixed. It turned out to be just a loose wire, so we didn’t even need a new battery.

We really appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and quick turnaround. It would have been easy to sell us a battery we didn’t actually need, but instead he diagnosed the real issue and had my brother-in-law back on the road in no time.
