Clients praise the staff's thoroughness, helpfulness, and compassion, especially during difficult times like the loss of a beloved pet. The hospital is known for its friendly and professional team, from the front desk to the veterinarians, who ensure a positive experience for both pets and their owners. The staff here are wonderful and take good care of nervous dogs, showing understanding of their needs and allowing owners to stay with them to help keep them calmer. Many clients appreciate how upfront the office is with costs and procedures, and how friendly and approachable everyone is. It is also reassuring that many staff members use the same medication at home that they prescribe for pets. Although slightly more expensive than other vets in town, the excellent service and attentive care make it worth it. With a commitment to thorough examinations, prompt communication, and unwavering support, Sacramento Animal Hospital has earned the loyalty of its long-term clients.
Both my dog and cat go to Sac Animal Hospital and I can't say enough good things about it. I adopted my dog as an older stray and she has had a variety of medical issues, which they have helped me with every step of the way. Every vet is informative and caring, and the tech/assistants/front desk are the same as well. Cannot recommend enough!!!
LIFE Saver, when other vets had no clue of the items we needed for international travel, Sac Animal Hospital research my needs and provided next day service. Another vet wanted more than 1200 dollars for services at Sac Animal Hospital charged less than a quarter of that. Totally reasonable. Thank you and you are now our US side Vet!
Dr. Tiana Rangchi, DVM listened attentively & was very thorough in her exams of my dog & cat. She made good informed decisions & referrals that made me feel that my pets were getting the best care possible.
