It was July 4th and the temps warming up. Our AC went out. I have been a Villara customer since we bought our home. I have always found their technicians to be thorough efficient and professional.
The technician this time came out in a timely manner. Went through the entire system, finally narrowed it down to the thermostat. He replaced it and we were back in business. The service charge AND COST FOR THE NEW thermostat was not cheap. But I feel like I received good value for the money.
Normally I have a tough time getting an appointment but they put me with Dr Sosonov and I really hope he sees this review. Dr Sosonov is the first male doctor I have ever felt comfortable with in my life. He diagnosed me as obese but was so kind about it. And I mean I knew, so it was no surprise. But he also didn’t tell me “you’re too fat go lose weight”. He didn’t even mention losing weight or dieting because that’s not what I came in there for. Shout out to Dr Sosonov! Because of him I had a great Friday
