Rafael is skilled and a true professional. The first time he re-keyed my locks, I had an appointment that I was running late to and he was rushed to try to complete his work before I had to leave. About a week later, I asked Rafael to return because the lock was sticking at times. He came back and and fixed the sticking without charging me again. I felt it was my responsibility that he was rushed the first time, but he was generous enough to not charge me an additional fee. This was beyond fair! I highly recommend Mr Locksmith’s Services.
Raphael did a great job. He was very professional and quick. I have a multipoint door lock that the key wasn't turning to lock or unlock - he was able to fix it the day he came to diagnose the issue.
