Took my medium sized, 13 y/o Lab/hound mix (40-55lbs) here for her first grooming EVER. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!
I reached out to Dora prior to booking anything, she responded promptly and courteously. We had a conversation to figure out scheduling, expectations / concerns for the behavior of my dog and understanding of how Dora would perform the service.
She performed the work in a skilled, calm manner and made it easy for my dog to have a comfortable experience during her service.
Over all the service took about an hour. Bath/ drying/ ear cleaning/ de-shed/ nail trimming.
Dora was knowledgeable/concise and friendly to work/ communicate with.

Dora is an amazing and wonderful groomer , I instantly felt she knew what she was doing and how to handle my cat she is very good at communicating and is very respectful and friendly. I will continue bringing my cat here and I’m so glad he felt safe, he was slightly nervous but he did not try to bite or do anything out of normal, and I am so glad that I can tell she likes her job. I highly recommend her , I loved the way the haircut came out and the entire service, to me the price was highly reasonable and I believe it was worth every penny.
Dora was incredible and just the person I had been looking for to care for my sweet (elderly) girl. Previous grooming experiences would wear her out for days and I debated even taking her because of it. Enter Dora! She allowed my sweet girl to lay down during her session and she’s like her normal self! Dora was very communicative, kind and thorough. Thank you to Dora for your kindness- we can’t wait to come back and see you soon!
