Last summer, I was involved in a rear-end collision that resulted in a severe neck injury, including numbness in my limbs. I initially sought treatment through my primary care doctor and was referred to physical therapy every six weeks. Unfortunately, despite following the recommended exercises, I saw little to no improvement.
