I spoke with Nate Wallace, and he scheduled an appointment . He said in the meantime, use Green Gobbler. His guys Konstatin and Eduardo came out and went under my house, replaced some pipes that were disgusting and clogged, and they even separated them. I definitely felt very confident with their work. They were under the house for some time, and they got the job done. I am so happy that I get to soak in my tub tonight. I highly recommend Premier, and I won't hire anyone else. In fact, I'm going to get some estimates on some more plumbing work from them.“

“I've had Rooney's plumbing out for multiple issues now. I had some sink issues due to a bad contractor, and they discovered that she had not actually sealed any of the pipes that she installed. They fixed that up well, and they showed me how I could fix another sink issue myself so they wouldn't have to charge me. Since they seemed like Honest Folk, I had them out again to fix a major sewer line issue. They fixed a hole, installed an access point, and cleared out obstructions. I'll definitely call them again. Larry, in particular, was great. There was also a younger gentleman who fixed up the sink and showed me how to fix things, who was absolutely great. But I don't recall his name!“
“Master bathroom shower wouldn't drain and flooded the bathroom. Roto Hero came and snaked the shower that didn't resolve the problem. Mostly interested in selling us full set of new pipes for $14k. Plumbing Machine came on Monday and Eric thoroughly researched the problem. He snaked from the main sewer line & found roots in pipe. In 2014 we had Trenchless install liner. It was 30 ft & roots were in old pipe that starts at end of liner. Snake removed roots & bathrooms now drain well. Preventing it amounts to snaking once a year. Don't know why loner was only 30 ft. Will follow up with Trenchless. Eric & helper Bennie are polite, on time & even came early, thorough and willing to negotiate a senior discount. Will call again. 5 stars.“
“Full disclosure, I did not do business with this company. HOWEVER, I witnessed a very minor accident today. I called the office to report on the incident and within a few minutes a supervisor came out to my property to fix the minor issue. The very cool thing is there was no diversion of blame. The supervisor apologized sincerely, multiple times and was extremely kind. The whole situation was (albeit a mistake) super positive and we all were able to move on with our lives. I was extremely grateful for the interaction I had today with this company.“
“I contacted America's plumbing company for an emergency faucet water leak for my elderly father's home. They came out promptly and fixed the emergency job to help our elderly dad's situation. Today, 10/24/2023, Jason came back with another plumber Jonathan who was also very nice to install our shower sets. They even offered a program that saved me extra 15%.
