“Dr Charlie is awesome. I’m in the trades and have been for 20 years almost. I have a Microdiscectomy in 2015 as well as meniscus surgery in my knee. I started getting back flair ups and knee pain again between 2022 and 2026. My back started first. The sciatica was so bad I thought I would need another surgery but his motto was movement is medicine. I did a few months of his regime and my back was feeling amazing. Fast forward to 2026 I have been running and lifting and my knee was killing me. Again with his regime I followed o am feeling so much better than I ever have.
