My husband decided to replace the fill valve in our master bathroom toilet. Everything went fine until he pulled apart the angle stop to replace it as well. It leaked like crazy! After multiple trips to the hardware store and lots of harsh words, I jumped online and looked for a same day plumber. The first one I called was Premier Rooter and Plumbing. I spoke to Nathaniel who was very kind and said yes he could have someone at our house between 2-4pm that very same day. Alfonso showed up earlier than expected which was a blessing! I have to commend Premier Rooter & Plumbing for their honesty and integrity. For years, I had been using another rooter service about once a year for recurring tree root incursion into my sewer line, which caused blockages. The other service had shown me live video of the tree roots in the sewer line.

Recently, I decided to have a different company do the service and selected Premier. Their technician showed me live video of my sewer line that proved there had NEVER been tree roots in my residential portion of the line. We received excellent service from Premier Rooter and Plumbing. They answered our call late in the evening, and arrived promptly the next morning to check out our issue. Alfonso quickly assessed the situation, which ended up being a quick and simple fix, thankfully! As promised, they did not charge us for the inspection and the visit was completely free.
