Prompt arrival with ETA updates. Very knowledgeable ( especially with experience as inspector). Honest with what really needed to be replaced and done quickly with advice on other issues noticed.The second time he came out to assemble and install this ceiling fan.Once again, nice to get ETA and timely communication!
