My roommate woke me early to tell me our refrigerator of over 10 years stopped working. The first place I called didn't answer, and when I checked the website they didn't open til 10. So I searched the top 10 appliance repairs. Acutech was open. So I called from the website and Jeremy was able to come after his first appointment and then repaired my refrigerator before noon.

Reliable. Quick. Professional. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy. I had a gas leak. PG&E came out and shut off my gas to my cooktop and said I needed to have someone look at my appliance. I had another company come out and say nothing is wrong with my cook top. INeeded a second opinion so I used the NextDoorapp to get some recommendations from myneighbors. Everyone was raving about "Jeremy"So I gave him a call and asked how soon he couldcome out. Jeremy came out within 2 hours!! He was able to Diagnose and service my stovetop in less than1/2 hour.
