A few months ago they worked on our shower valve and did an amazing job with extending it to get our Shower handle in a new position in our newly remodeled bathroom. Their team was professional, courteous, and did a tremendously detailed job. Fast forward a few few months, and the shower had just begun being used again by new tenants, and noticed a trickle drip from the shower head. I called Sunset West and without hesitation their team was back out to diagnose and repair the issue that was occurring.
