He changed the faulty valve where the leak was coming from and did an additional check in the lines. He found another leak. But after checking all the exposed area where the lines ran, he determined it was leaking from one of the pipes within the wall. I have to wait a few days for Roman to come back to patch the leak. Although, the job was not finished yesterday because the water heater was a bit too wide to fit thru the water heater space door so they had to come back today with another water heater to complete the job. “Excellent service from start to finish! Todd Heflin and his crew are my go-to plumbers for 25 plus years. Yes, they have been in business that long (actually longer) so that should speak for itself. Their company is professional, reasonable, reliable and basically knows what they are doing.

They have done all sorts of jobs for my rental properties and home. No job is too small, but they also do the bigger jobs- from putting in a new water heater, having issues with a busted pipe inside a wall, issues with a main water pipe going to the street. They also do the annoying little stuff quickly and efficiently, like fixing the leaky toilet and the stuck faucet handles. You name it, they have done it.

“Steve did a remarkable job on a major sewer blockage issue which ultimately involved having to dig under the Street to reach the blockage which was right at where the main sewer line joined my line. He also did another unrelated job for me installing a flush mate unit which had been recalled and a replacement sent by the manufacturer. He was professional very patient and I would definitely use him again for any problems that might arise in the future.“
