I called Best Carpet on a Thursday afternoon and they scheduled me for the next morning. Sergio came promptly at 10am and finished in one hour. Fast, reliable service is hard to find these days and Best Carpet exceeded my expectations!

I was happy even from the initial consultation phone call. Pricing was transparent, phone call extremely helpful, and appointment process quick and easy.Sergio called me prior to arriving. He was very thorough and so friendly and helpful. I'm happy with the reasonable and affordable pricing and how clean my rugs look now!
