Gleb was punctual, answered all the questions I had and went above and beyond to find our plumbing issues. I recommend PPT for any plumbing services and will continue to work with them in future when needed.
Pacific Plumbing Team is wonderful. They sent a plumber a day after I called to replace the old, leaky water valves for a new faucet install in my bathroom. Gleb was very professional and kind. He did a great job, was 100% trustworthy and thorough. I will definitely call them to do future plumbing work.
Circling back after a few weeks to make sure I write this review for Gleb's service. We had an issue with water pressure and temp in our bathroom which he was able to quickly trouble shoot and resolve. Very nice guy who noticed we don't wear shoes inside and got his socks wet trying to be respectful. He went out of his way to share good information with us and left areas he worked cleaner than he found them. Thanks Gleb!
