    I’ve had such a great experience at The Studio MDR!! The instructors are incredibly kind and welcoming, and they really pay attention to your form so each class feels personal. The workouts are very challenging, and every class is different so your body is always being pushed in a new way. It’s been a really positive experience for me and I genuinely look forward to every class!

    A HUGE thanks to Erin and Mona for making my first class so enjoyable. As a person with a processing disorder, verbal instructions are extremely difficult for me. Erin was clear and gave just the right detail without over or under explaining. She has the perfect instructor vibe! Encouraging (thanks for the call outs to me) while very matter of fact. And Mona! What a shining light. Can she come to all my classes? Oh and that is the best part, they made my experience so wonderful I am guaranteed to come back many many more times with my office right down the street.

    I’ve been coming here for a couple of months, and I am totally seeing the results of that. I’m seeing definition and toning in my body and every instructor I’ve had has been fantastic. I also really like the pace of the classes. In 45 mins you’ll definitely break a sweat and get the shakes. I’ve replaced going to the gym with these classes and I couldn't be happier!
