I pushed hard and worked hard but I didn’t know if it was going to be possible. Trainer Ray never let me give up, some days even running with me so I could learn to pace and breathe. I bought the package with the nutrition and followed it daily. I listened to everything Ray told me to do, including my recovery and resting days. Today I passed my academy with a 13:30 time which would have not been possible without Ray and the RPT team. Ray has checked on me even when I left and no longer a client and has made me feel like part of the RPT team and family not just a client. Thank you for your dedication to your clients and putting in the work to get me where I am today.“

5815 Sunset Blvd #105, Los Angeles“Fitness Covered is truly a hidden gem in Los Angeles and an absolute 10/10 for anyone looking for a more personalized, supportive, and well-rounded fitness experience. I’ve been in and out of gyms for years trying to find the right environment and coaching style, and I’m so grateful I found Fitness Covered!
From day one, the team here made me feel taken care of. Brandon, Kevin and Rex go above and beyond to understand your goals, your history, and any limitations you may have, and they tailor everything to make sure you feel confident, safe, and supported. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and you can tell they genuinely care about your long-term success, not just your workouts.
The space itself is clean, welcoming, and never overcrowded, which makes every session feel focused and intentional. Between the personalized training, the recovery tools, the nutrition guidance, and the overall positive energy, it’s such a refreshing change from the typical busy LA gym scene.
What I appreciate most is how empowering the process has been. I’ve learned how to lift with proper form, build strength without aggravating old injuries, and stay consistent with nutrition in a way that still allows balance (yes, I still enjoy my wine and weekend meals!). The accountability and support here genuinely make a difference.
Fitness Covered has played a huge role in helping me feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. If you’re looking for a private, high-quality gym with a team that truly cares about your progress, I couldn’t recommend this place more.
Thank you, Fitness Covered team, for everything you do!“

5702 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles“The best Pilates studio I’ve ever been to!! Every instructor here is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, warm and fun! I’ve loved the group classes I’ve taken with Cynthia and Carrin. I was also lucky enough to be the only person in a group class with Melissa so got an impromptu private, which was incredible. She gave such detailed instruction and provided guidance and corrections that completely changed the way I thought about movements that I’ve been doing (somewhat mindlessly) for years. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, personal Pilates studios, this is it!!“

He successfully got me on the fast track to recovery and was incredible attentive and thoughtful throughout. Couldn't recommend more!“

I came across The Fix while looking for personal trainers who offered customization and flexibility. Over the past several years I have traveled regularly for work, and I struggled to stay consistent with training and following a meal plan. While these things are still challenges, having the ability to train virtually has made a huge difference in my results. I also find the weekly Styku scan motivates me to stay on track with my macros and to not obsess over the scale.
Tiger is talented, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and funny. I look forward to our workouts and enjoy training with him.“

7312 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles“Training Loft is an incredible, safe, and comfortable place. It is more than worth every penny. In fact, it is probably the best money I have spent to date.
Training Loft's staff helped me become physically and mentally stronger than I have ever been before. When you consistently show up, everything just works. The funny, kind, and dedicated TL team make it easy to show up every week.
I began going to TL in Summer 2023 without really ever having stepped in a gym my entire life. I did not realize how underweight I was at the time. Nor did I realize how much healthier I could feel.
With a great deal of care and attention, the TL staff helped me feel safe and welcome when I felt more than a little overwhelmed and lacking confidence elsewhere. If I could learn to do a pistol squat, so can you!
I did not just learn how to lift weights and do pull-ups (but there is a lot of that, to be clear). I also learned how to eat better, work through physical exhaustion, build up my stamina, and live a better life. Melrose is also a fun area to be around.
Just give them your money already. :)“

The mind training has personally been the most useful to me to lay down a strong foundation of wellness. He's also getting me to shift my perspective on exercising and I'm lifting heavier weights than ever! I always look forward to every session - equal parts therapy and training. He's also connected me with great resources like a sports massage therapist and functional medical doctor to check my labs.“

As someone new to Pilates (and reformer Pilates) I knew I was in good hands the moment Ashlee gave me specific feedback to work with my scoliosis. Her home studio is beautiful and provides a great space to work with the reformer outside of a group setting. I could feel my form improving over the course of our lesson. Ashlee is great!!“

0000 No Location, Los Angeles“Title: DC FITNESS Experience: A Yelp Review Importance: HIGH Dear fellow fitness enthusiasts, Today, I am here to share with you my long-overdue utterly disappointing experience at the DC fitness, formerly known as Lord's Gym. While I still strongly advise becoming a member at this gym. Prepare yourselves for a candid review that will leave you questioning a couple things, especially how management (it's only one manager) manages DC Fitness. Point blank, you need to do better sir. I've spoken to the staff about the issues at DC and they are all in agreement that it is you who doesn't take care of half the issues mentioned below. I'll skip MOST of the issues and just address the main ones (I've spoken to many members about this and it seems nothing changes and they've personally complained to you too). I'm not a big yelper reviewer guy but it's at a point where enough is enough and something needs to be done/ fixed ASAP. Towels- Fix the washer and dryer, it's not that hard. Signs- No one cares if the machine is broken and the signs have a "DC fitness" sign on it, just fix the machine. Equipment- Get new equipment, not that expensive considering you guys are the Dream Center and CAN make it happen. Outdoor area- Refer to above. Staff- Amazing (expect manager). Restroom- Not bad (compared to other globo gyms) 7/10, used to be a strong 10/10 but lately smells like bad BO and piss. In conclusion, Just do better, DC Fitness is a hidden gem of a gym that houses some extreme fitness fanatics that don't mess around. It's welcoming, it's where bonds are made, it's where people come to get sh*t done. It's your standard no thrills gym, with old school iron and iron accessories. This is where Arnold would train if he was still at it like he used to be. BS aside, I've been coming here for over 10 years, when it was red and yellow with a stage still at the very bottom where the squat racks are now (get more squat racks). Get some more bumper weights, invest in good equipment (half of the bars at the gym are so bent and broken down). This has been and will always be my home gym, it is where I began my fitness journey and I know plenty of people who feel the same. Take some pride and ownership in your position with DC Fitness, there's hope still or step down, promote other more deserving people who actually care about the gym and the gym goers and let them take care of business. Be a better manager. Happy training to all. Sincerely, CJ“
“Zoe is a brilliant trainer. She's always present and pays close attention to my form and rhythm of execution. Subtle changes can make a huge difference and her precious feedback has allowed me to see results like never before.
Her personal training is also versatile. I had a rib injury and a surgery last winter and she was able to properly adapt our workouts. Not only did I maintain my gains, I also continued making progress despite my limitations.
I've had 2 good trainers in the past, but it's with Zoe that I've seen the best results while also enjoying and looking forward to every session.“
