Staff know what’s up especially try Brittany for Pilates instructor. Clean & organized. Nice huge mirrors & love the street view.
I did a comp Yoga class (thx Gayle) & Rene was great! I don’t wanna give it away but great idea starting yoga on reformers, I’d be so down :)“
“Dream Bodies Pilates is such a special place! Theresa is incredibly knowledgeable about Pilates and the healing power it has for the body. She takes the time to make sure each client feels supported and cared for, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. On top of her expertise, she’s so kind and sweet—it makes every session a joy. I also love that she decorates the studio for the holidays and always looks amazing—it adds such a warm and uplifting touch. Highly recommend!“

731 S Spring St #600, Los Angeles“I'm here for the weeks unlimited ($25) 5.22-29th. First impression: I like it a lot. It's a wonderful space of rooms teaching both heated and non-heated classes sans humidity. The word serenity comes to mind. As soon as you come in you are immediately greeted with a precipitous staircase and a embedded bronze placard proceeding warning you to "watch your first step". There are some commercial entities that have mastered the art of environment. Places where as soon as the door closes behind you shutting out the city bustle you've left behind you are almost transported to another place. I've not yet been to a space accomplishing this better than Boheme Yoga.I will of course update this as the week progresses. But they also teach pilates here so already, having had my very first P class ever only today, I'm a little in love with this place. It is what you think of when you imagine yoga studios: Discreet, quietly dignified and powerful in its certainty of being just exactly what it is: I tranquil place for serious minded yogis to come further stretch push and condition their bodies. All of them claim it, this feels already, as if it's actually accomplished and provided a safe space where perhaps there could actually be a 'community' of like minded people who do more than just sweat and endure together.Everyone here also seemed to have invested in good quality mats (as opposed to the yoga interlopers who've not yet decided if this is for them a short-term indulgence or life-long lifestyle commitment). And boy, not for nothing, but after corepoweryoga it was just nice to see a green lit water filter again. lol“

11540 CA-2, Los Angeles“As a patient of Dr. Dadvands’ office, I have been receiving treatment for chronic back pain. I am highly impressed with his expertise and the effective treatment he provides.
Given my specific condition, which includes arthritis in my spine, a recent broken tailbone that had not healed after seven months, and additional complications, I can confidently assert that Dr. Dadvands’ expertise has been instrumental in alleviating my pain.
The treatment plan I have been following, which includes shock wave therapy, muscle stimulation, deep tissue massage, and other modalities, has resulted in a significant reduction in my pain levels. I will continue seeing him and will refer all friends and family to him. He is an exceptional physician.“

The instructors are incredibly kind and welcoming, and they really pay attention to your form so each class feels personal. It’s been a really positive experience for me and I genuinely look forward to every class!“

8231 W 3rd St, Los Angeles“I’ve officially been coming to Heated Room every single day for a full year, and I can honestly say it has completely transformed my body.
The heated mat Pilates classes have strengthened my performance in the gym (lifting), improved my core stability and muscle definition, and sculpted my body in ways I hadn’t achieved before. It’s also deepened my body awareness and connection to my movement, which carries into everything else I do.
I genuinely look forward to it every day and it’s become part of my lifestyle and a healthy obsession in the best way.“

8818 Saturn St, Los Angeles“After my initial consultation with Vivie, it was clear she is a true professional with an expert understanding of her field. I felt significantly better after just our first session. As someone dealing with fibromyalgia and spinal arthritis, I know it will be a long journey, but I am already experiencing improvements in mobility and flexibility. Marcia, the massage therapist, is also outstanding--her expertise and warm bedside manner make each session a positive experience. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking relief and improved well-being. Highly Recommended for Pain Relief and Wellness“

3500 W 6th St Ste 307, Los Angeles“As a girl who's on the heavier side, Pilates has always been intimidating. However my experience here has made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I did my demo class with Crystal who really took the time to show me the ropes and help me know the inclusive history behind Pilates! I also did a regular class with her after to see how the information from the demo applied to a regular class and if it was a good form of exercise for me. Crystal really took the time to help me and she even gave me different exercises during the class that accommodated for my knee injury. I felt very seen, safe, and accepted. She was the one who made me want to get a membership because she was so welcoming and everything a teacher should be. I can really appreciate the management too. Though it was a brief interaction during the end of my class, they were so happy and welcoming as well. You can tell that this is a small business that really cares about what they're doing. It's always really enlightening to see. If you feel like you're nervous about Pilates because of the environment, then have no fear because everyone is welcoming here! 10/10.“

5650 W 3rd St, Los Angeles“I can assure you that Mind & Motion is the best pilates studio in Los Angeles. Everything’s perfect. Teachers’ expertise, cozy vibe, small class size so that teachers can cater to your needs, welcoming atmosphere, and great customer service!
I had hip pain and diastasis recti after giving birth, and taking private classes for two months and group classes for two months pretty much resolved the pain! I didn’t know pilates could be this helpful to postpartum body. I guess to any bodies as well! I love the feeling of healing, getting stronger, and having a focused time of my own. I feel much happier and more energetic when I start my day at Mind & Motion.
All the teachers are great, but Adrienne is one-of-a-kind. I just LOVE her class. She is knowledgeable, accommodates each person’s requests so well in class, has a sense of humor, and is welcoming. She just knows how to make your body feel better and stronger.
I highly recommend Mind & Motion pilates studio who’s looking for one out there. I’m having the best pilates experience here!“

As someone new to Pilates (and reformer Pilates) I knew I was in good hands the moment Ashlee gave me specific feedback to work with my scoliosis. Her home studio is beautiful and provides a great space to work with the reformer outside of a group setting. I could feel my form improving over the course of our lesson. Ashlee is great!!“

My experience with her and powerhouse studio has changed my life for the better.“

6AM - 8:30PM
200 S Los Angeles St Suite E, Los Angeles“The program itself feels gentle and may seem simple at first, and I don’t always leave with the sensation of an intense workout. That said, I’ve come to appreciate that Pilates emphasizes mindfulness, body awareness, and intentional movement. Through repeating the exercises, I’ve learned to better understand my muscles and how my body moves as a whole. Overall, the experience has been positive for both my mind and body.“
