Tony is a great guy and knows his stuff. We have been using his services for years. Flame hardening is a bit of a "black magic" and I would definitely say Tony is a wizard in this department. He surface hardened some alloy steel parts for me that other heat treaters (ie: induction) said was impossible OR they wanted thousands of dollars for custom coils.
Bob and his team at Paragon do an excellent job. They offer reliable service and competitive pricing in the Los Angeles area. Whenever we have a local shipment in Los Angeles I know that Paragon has us covered.
Love the staff, but maintenance could use a facelift. Takes too long to get anything done and no one's around after 4:50 pm. I've had trailer and tractor issues after hours while still in the yard and no one to repair them. Trips should either be distributed by 3pm or shop hours should be set to end at/after 7pm.
