Outstanding service, friendly and professional! When I called and described my situation, he very helpfully described in detail what I needed to do to fix my Baldwin door lock. But I didn’t want to possibly make the situation worse and asked him to come out, which he did the next day before normal business hours which I was very happy about. Not only got the lock back into perfect working condition but had helpful comments about the door frame and what I should do to minimize potential future problems. Highly recommend!!

Big shout out to Micheal!!!!! I locked my keys in the car and my car door was not opening. He kept opening it from the inside and the alarm would go off and lock again. I was getting really worried but Micheal did not give up!! He got creative, was determined and maneuvered the keys from the middle counsel, closer to the window opening and used a metal tool to precisely find the open button on my key fob. It was truly a miracle and I’m so grateful for his skill, professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend with a 10/10 rating!! I don’t know what I would have done if Micheal didn’t help me.
