He took time to explain what he was doing and what I need to do to maintain the unit to avoid future issues. All around a really kind hearted and genuine human. He showed up on time, was very respectful, and did a thorough service (more than what was requested) without charging any extra fee. Highly recommend.“

“When we were looking for a contractor to do our Bathrooms and Kitchen Counter Tops/ Back Splash Ron with Lio James was the only one to only mention the need for a permit and insisted on it. When we checked into this we found out that he in fact was correct and so we signed up with him. Over the course of the project his craftsmen were outstanding especially the tile and granite countertop people. They did a superior job and Ron even added some special touches for us along the way. “I found this contractor through a head hunter agency because I didn't believe in Yelp, Google, or Angie's List. I was willing to pay the agency to get a guaranteed legitimate contractor since I had many bad experiences with previous remodels. I have to admit Pacific 1 was definitely worth the money. The contractor was at the job site about 95% of the time during the duration of the remodel and made sure every aspect of the job was going according to the time schedule written in the contract. He also kept me informed of any problems which arose during the work so that I can make the decision before continuing the work. “Me and my fiance just bought a home in January. I was scared to pay anyone to remodel my kitchen because I thought it be too much and take too long. We just bought the home and had them give me an estimate just to get an idea and see if it was even worth fixing. All we had was plywood down for flooring, and some drywall had holes in it, and cabinets without the counter top. They showed up the very next day and I was happily surprised with the cost. When they were finished I legit cried because I didn't think it was gonna turn out that amazing and be the best looking room in my house. Definitely paying to have all the other rooms look as good .
