I had been using Randall for my plumbing needs for years. He is honest, hard-working, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I found him by looking at Yelp reviews and had contacted a few plumbers. He seemed to have the most reasonable pricing out of all the plumbers I had contacted.The reason why I no longer use Randall is that I live in a condo and they changed the rules on who can service units. Otherwise, I would still be using him. He is very busy, as he does his own work. He will not book a job with you and send someone else to do the work. Randall did a professional job finding and repairing a pipe that suddenly started leaking inside a wall. He was able to minimize the damage necessary to repair the broken pipe. The leak was not easy to find, either. He was concerned with minimizing the damage and getting the repair done quickly. His bill was reasonable given the nature of the job, and his repair completely solved the problem. I've used Randal's Plumbing three times in the past few months and each time, the service person was knowledgeable and efficient. Kevin was here this past week dealing with 2 of the showers that needed new cartridges that are hard to find. He did find them and everything is perfect now. The prices are very reasonable, considering their efficiency. Thanks, Kevin!
