The technician George Lopez is very detailed , experienced, and professional. He services my residence in Altadena and Apartment complex in Alhambra. He does a great job. Gladiator pest control is very lucky to have such a wonderful technician working for their company .

Did a great job this time - as usual. Ants are gone. They have been out to my house several times over the years (I think I must live on an anthill). Same very nice tech comes - although I've never met him. I'm always at work. But the babysitter says he is very polite and thorough and she is comfortable with him. That is a huge plus!

From the start, they are super friendly and got an appointment for the next day. George came right around the time window and immediately did his work. After that, George knew I was on the right track to catch the rat. He gave me some suggestions and glue boards. Wished me luck and left without charging me. Sure thing that night, caught the bastard.
