Jay was great! Not only was he professional and courteous, he answered the phone IN PERSON when I called. He happened to be in my neighborhood Los Feliz area when I needed him, and came spot-on when he said he would. He gave me a quote to replace my broken tank water heater to a tankless water heater. The next morning, he did the job very professionally and quick. And his price was very reasonable out of couple other plumbers I called before Jay.
