Travis Griffin, with Ivy Builders, gave us a turn key solution that included architectural plans and permitting for a new 360 square foot addition. During the project we added a bathroom and kitchen remodel. The construction management was great and the construction proceeded at a fast rate. I am very happy with the results. A great company to work with. We had no referrals for them so had to rely on blind faith and we are glad we did. They worked with us in realizing our dream home. They along with all their subcontractors did outstanding work. Cleaned up everyday and got the project done in just under a week sooner than originally planned. We had almost daily interaction with Project Manager, they dealt with change orders and answered all our questions/concerns. Do not hesitate to contact them for your next bike remodel project!!
