I hired Sebastian to help mitigate deteriorating siding and corresponding water intrusion issues throughout my property. He was incredibly professional, quick and wonderful to work with. He gave clear options for moving forward and was able to begin working that same week. He was also super professional interacting and planning with my tenants during the work.
I’ve truly never worked with a contractor who is so communicative and reliable. I couldn’t recommend Sebastian more!
I had water damaged window sills, walls that hadn't been painted for over a decade, rusting guardrails, rotting exterior trim, etc. Sebastian worked with me to plan a scope of work that got my condo back to a presentable condition while staying within budget and minimizing disruption for my work from home husband. Build and Decor got the job done quickly while addressing all my picky details.
Would give more stars if I could. Recently had the exterior of my house painted and some of the inside bedrooms. Sebastian and his crew offered a top rate service. Communication was excellent. The job was completed quickly and the final result was superb. And they couldn’t be beaten on the price. Will def use them again
