Such a great workout! Stephanie and her team were really pushing me to my physical limits in ways that I didn’t even realize would be a challenge. Learned a lot about my posture and some stuff that I can use in day to day life as practice for getting my back straightened out. Can’t wait for my next one!

Stefanie has a contagious energy and is very welcoming, she is a giver and an educator at her core. Had a wonderful experience visiting her at her studio. Looking forward to going back soon!

One of my favorite & hardest classes in town. I love coming to this class because Stephanie doesn't let anyone off the hook. I've had a lot of dance/ballet teachers in my life and she's among the best of the best. Class size is small also so there nowhere to hide She will challenge you to know your own strength constantly! I work out other places just so I can be strong and flexible enough for Barboza!
