Chanel is the only Pilates instructor you will ever need! Literally will work out every single bone in your body. Their reformers are also my favorite and maintained very well. Loved the outside classes they used to have in Brentwood! If you're looking for a challenging class they have the instructors. If you're looking for a class not as challenging they have those as well. This is my all time favorite Pilates studio ever. Hurry up and open a location in San Diego!
Natural Pilates is undoubtedly the best Pilates studio in Los Angeles. My favorite instructors are Devon Knauth, Dayanara Parra, Chanel Peykar, AND Laura Wilson. The Natural Pilates method has made my body so much stronger, and I truly enjoy coming to class. Thank you so much to this amazing team of instructors!
Natural Pilates is one of my favorite Pilates studios! They use the traditional reformer, it’s always good energy and a vibe in the classes. I leave feeling so great with a calm mind and amazing high energy to start off the day.
