    Part of what makes Meghan such a wonderful teacher is her deep understanding of each individual body and what it needs to make it hum. Her workouts, whether in-person or online, are truly tailored and customized. But her priority never wavers: making you feel strong, flexible, and entirely at home in your physical self. Beyond her expertise as an instructor, Meghan is also remarkably kind, calm, insightful, warm, and supportive. Mind & Motion is a joy at every level; a unique pilates studio that is serene and soulful and works wonders on your body.

    Absolutely love what Meghan build here.I was waiting for an online platform I could use anywhere around the world to keep exercising with somebody I like and can follow without even looking at the screen. Just close your eyes and listen to her voice and you will experience very interesting workout. I can’t thank you enough of doing this !

At Mind & Motion we offer a new type of fitness program that combines fitness with awareness. Think of it as a “Moving Meditation.” With guidance from your practitioner, a variety of cues are given to direct your focus to specific areas. Cues may direct focus to anatomical images, muscular sensations or a movement sequence. This holistic approach engages you more fully into the workout – creating amazing results. You will understand patterns that contribute to pain and how to work in a balanced manner. Your body will change, becoming more biomechanically sound, and aesthetically pleasing. With a greater sense of awareness, you will move with confidence, ease, and grace.
