I have severe sciatic pain and I work a lot while managing a yoga studio and teaching so I never really get the chance to fully relax and recover. I know what poses to do but I needed something else to help my body recover. Missy intuitively knew the exact spots where I needed work in my body, and my hamstrings and glutes felt so much relief afterwards. The mobilizations she did were great too. I guess I knew that I needed to relax more, but this experience really drove it home. I was going to do a workout today but now I'm going home and giving myself a break!

I contacted Missy right away after I injured my back lifting some weights. I didn't want to see anyone else and really needed an intuitive touch and feedback. I was so happy with my visit. I thought she would work directly on the injured area but, of course, she found many other places that needed help and by working those my back pain felt so much better. I loved her private space. It's cozy and serene. After the body work session Missy offered to chat about what she felt I could work on and we had a wonderful discussion about the masculine/feminine energy and sides of the body. Missy is a master of her craft! She demonstrates a precise skill & understanding of the body, its muscles, tendons, ligaments and how they all interact. Her work on my IT bands was some of the best targeted relief I’ve experienced. Highly recommend, particularly for athletes/runners!
