“Best West Roofing did a fantastic job of reroofing my 1910 craftsman's slightly complicated roof. The old roof was not leaking but was 31 years old and it seemed best to replace it before painting the house. Best West is an independent company and Samuel the owner and I was in contact with him for every detail. He recommended a full tear-off of the old roof. Although I was initially reluctant to, I'm glad we did as it revealed some minor wood rot problems near the eaves where the gutters had failed. The entire job was completed from Monday to Friday, including tear-off, wood replacement and installation of the old attic vents with newer low-profile ones. Carlos and the crew were on time every day and always cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Samuel's bid was the most competitive of the 3 that I received and I couldn't be happier with the job but especially with the communication and rapport that I had with Samuel.“

We decided going with Rafael & Iris Roofing as their quotes were more affordable than others. Simon, our project manager, was amazing. Since the presentation for the quote, Simon provided great useful information, samples of the materials, and an explanation of the entire process. My wife and I had previously had another home project with another company, and that was a horrible nightmare. Rafael & Iris Roofing and Simon were amazing throughout the entire project. “I'm a bit delayed in writing this review, but only because we've been enjoying our new kitchen so much! Huge shoutout to Gal, who was our project manager and the main reason we chose to go with Tulip. He did not disappoint!

We had major water damage from a leak and decided to do a complete remodel of the kitchen. We interviewed 4-5 different contractors and ultimately decided to go with Tulip. One of the things that immediately stood out when talking to them was how honest they were about what could be done in the size of kitchen we had. Our initial plan (read dreams) included an island, and Gal was one of the few contractors that was up front with us about the reality of having an island in the space we had. Although we were initially disappointed, it's clear seeing the end result that this was the right choice.

Gal was very communicative and always a text message away for anything we needed. As with any home project, there were times we needed to pivot, or had tough/fast decision to make, but Gal made sure we understood what was happening, why it was happening, and the options we had. He was also quick to give advice when we didn't know exactly what to do in certain situations.

We ended up being slightly over budget due to some last minute design decisions, but to be honest we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen, Tulip, Gal, and overall project timeline and cost. We will definitely be calling them for our next project!“
