I had a great experience. I needed a copy of a transponder key for a 2001 infiniti. I made an appointment at the store front and it went quickly and smoothly. I got the key I needed for the price quoted and an extra manual key for the door in case I lock the other key inside (something that hadn't occurred to me but was a great idea!) Great long time local business!

Went to John's Lock and Key because I had a file cabinet I lost the key for. He was there at his shop right at opening, in fact I might've been a little early. John was really chill and helped me out in a matter of minutes. He cut me a key for the cabinet in no time. He was even playing Interpol in the shop! Such chill vibes, I will definitely return to support his business.

John is a great man, I called the day before to set up an appointment to re-key about 6 locks and door knobs, and he was kind enough to drop off the locks at my house free of charge! 5/5 I highly recommend John, and his services, very quick to respond and very kind.
