I take all my for babies here and love all the kind staff members. It sometimes gets extremely busy and I marvel how the receptionist manages to answer the seemingly never-ending phone calls, schedule appointments, greet pet owners, assign rooms, wipe up dog messes, and magically stays organized, friendly, and efficient. I would be overwhelmed to be honest. Yes, it gets extremely busy sometimes and you have to stay on hold for a while when you are on the phone, but I’ve seen her in action in the office a lot of times and am amazed how she handles everything.
The doctor really cares for animals. I can see he has his heart for them. Most of fatal illness for dogs start from bad teeth. He has really good price for dental scaling. Everybody else changes double of theirs. And that is super encouraging for dog owners to do it for their dogs. Its best you do it for dogs every 1~2 years.
We could not have been happier with be well animal Hospital! We needed a tooth extraction for our dog, which was causing an infection that led up to her eye. Estimate that other vets were a heck of a lot more than would be well charged. Very, very fair price.
Additionally, we had a great experience. Very clean inside. And the procedure completed with no complications. They are very transparent with medications and cost, and again it all came under what we were quoted at other places.
After a few weeks, our dog is recovered perfectly, and is doing so much better.
