I made an appointment with Michelle last week, and she was wonderful! I am not local to LA, so just chose Blackheart based on their website & reviews, and this was my first experience with them. I requested a structured gel manicure with one color. I have had gel manicures in the past, but this was my first structured/builder gel appointment. Michelle was so thorough and diligent in her application; my nails have truly never looked so good. The finish was flawless and they are still looking perfect nine days later. Would 100% recommend. Just wish I lived out there!

I have been getting my nails done by Lauryn for almost 2 years now, and she is the absolute best! I love nail art and having something fun to look at on my hands, and she alwaayyyssss delivers. Whether I've gone to her with a specific design or had her come up with a freestyle design, my nails are always amazing. Couldn't recommend more. (All on my natural nails btw)
