Modern Build Home Remodeling has earned many positive reviews from homeowners who have seen their projects transformed. In a master bedroom remodel, the crew helped with a lighting layout and added recessed spots that brightened the room. The paint and trim work were praised for their quality, and the team treated the home like it was their own. A living room opening project was completed ahead of schedule, with the crew knocking out a main wall and installing support beams that changed the house’s vibe. The kitchen remodel involved taking down a non load bearing wall, and the crew respected the living space while working. A cabinet delivery delay was handled by working around it, and the new island matched the homeowner vision. Exterior work included painting and replacing rotting trim; the crew did extensive prep work and finished on time each day, improving curb appeal. Flooring updates replaced old carpet with luxury vinyl plank that looks like real wood and is easy to clean with dogs. The crew moved heavy furniture, making the process easier. Overall, customers note the quality, professionalism, and timely completion of projects, and many say the results are better than they imagined.
We decided to tear out all the old carpet and go with hardwood throughout the main living area to give the house more of an open feel. The crew was very organized and managed to get the old floors up and the new ones down way faster than I thought possible. They were also really good about cleaning up the dust every evening so we could actually breathe. The transition pieces between the rooms are seamless and the whole house just feels way more modern now.
The master bedroom remodel that they did for us is seriously life changing. Team was so helpful with the lighting layout and suggested some recessed spots that really brighten up the room. To be fair, the project took a few days longer than the initial estimate, but the quality of the paint and trim work made it well worth the wait. They really treat your home like it’s their own which is something you don't see often enough these days.
Deciding to open up our living room was a huge move, but the remodeling work turned out even better than the Pinterest photos I showed them. They knocked out the main wall and installed some beautiful support beams that completely changed the vibe of the whole house. The crew was professional and actually finished a few days ahead of schedule, which never happens. If you’re thinking about updating your place, these guys really know how to handle the heavy lifting.
