Had a problem with an old doorknob that wouldn't open from one side. A nice looking piece of hardware so I wanted to keep it. Called Luis, he came over within the hour, took it apart and fixed it. Also showed us how which part to buy in the future if it happens again.
Luis and NELA Locksmith basically facilitated the saving of my mom’s life. I was desperate for someone to check on my mom after a police welfare check and they were unable to get into her house. Luis got to my mom’s so quickly, let them in, returned to get install a new lock since the police couldn’t find her keys, and he’s sooo caring he called me before the police did to tell me that my mom was thank god still alive and somewhat coherent. Plus the prices are great. Highly recommend. I’ve saved his number in my contacts. I live remotely and it was so wonderful to have a local locksmith who cares. Thank you so much Luis!
Luis from NELA Locksmith came to my home. He programmed and cut new keys for my Honda Accord. He also ended up fixing an additional issue with the door lock on my car. He was super fast and professional. I highly recommend them! Thanks again Luis!
