I’m always nervous to get haircuts especially when it’s something different. I found Anna and Haru Concept on IG and I got curious and I felt real good about the place. Making an appointment was a breeze! Anna kept in touch with any changes and directions to the place. Got there and the vibe was awesome as soon as you walk in! Anna really made me feel comfortable, she really listened and had great inputs! Overall had a great experience! The other barbers were funny and they all had great energy! First time customer at Haru Concepts. I booked with Anna. She was absolutely amazing! Initial communication from the very beginning was great. This shop is hidden and Anna gave detailed instructions on exactly how to get to the location. Once I arrived to my appointment, Anna took the time to really listen to my hair wants. Even during the cut she would pause and ask more questions and give suggestions to get me to my hair goals. I'm typically very anal when it comes to the outcome of my hair cuts and have been in search of a great stylist for awhile. Went to Haru for my first time and booked an appointment with Anna. She was really friendly, gave really good advice on how to cut and style my hair. I have really thick Asian hair, and she demonstrated a ton of skill with the flow cut she gave me. I’ll definitely be going back.
