“I really like platefit, this is just an update to my previous review, the people who work here, the instructors and Rachel, the owner, they are all very nice and friendly. recently they have changed few things, added more classes which I actually like (platefit 45 which is. 45 minutes class instead of 27 min) and Rachel herself teaches more often which I LOVE. I live for her classes, for some reason I REALLy feel that her classes are much more challenging than other classes, so hopefully she teaches more often. but Jazmin is also a usual one which I truly enjoy her classes and her energy.“

“Jack is amazing! I was referred to him a while back, and I started having some lower back pains and decided to schedule with him. I was so impressed by his techniques, and how I felt after the first session I scheduled a full package for several weeks to follow. He is intuitive, professional, and very knowledgeable. He is a bit of a distance from me, but it is so worth the drive. If you were looking for something MORE than a massage therapist then look no further. “Some of the best classes I've taken, especially in Hollywood. Same quality of yoga & heat you'd get in Bev Hills or Santa Monica but non-crowded classes with plenty of space. Hot 8 is VERY hot though so if you're looking to sweat - come here! Worth the price in my opinion, especially compared to competitors.“

The sequencing and flow at this studio is truly the best and once you go to this studio you will have a hard time practicing anywhere else. The studio is thoughtful, peaceful and one of a kind - it is curated beautifully and makes you feel so welcome (as opposed to gyms or corporate yoga places). Support local woman owned business! “Leo Zen has changed my body & mind. Leo is an amazing teacher and person and I am so lucky to have found him. He has helped my body become longer, leaner and thinner . He does ballet and yoga but really makes a routine that fits your body based on your needs. Every time I leave Leo I feel lighter and so much more happier than when I walked in. He is a special teacher and motivates you to change your body and mind. I have tried every workout in LA and this is by far the most effective and enjoyable. “Here's an overdue review for Aeriform. I trained regularly with Onyx, Lauren, Will, and Kris when I lived in LA for a year and absolutely loved their classes, which included pole, hoop, and stretch. The manager, Lea, is very accommodating and genuinely supportive of the community, unlike some other pole studios in LA that view clients as mere cash flow. While it's a small studio and the poles are a bit on the older side, the classes aren't overly crowded, so you'll enjoy a semi-private training experience in some of them.“

“Luxurious space with all of the props needed for a gradual and fulfilling practice.I have taken classes with Lara, Gaia, and Jennifer. All three are excellent with their own spin, and for beginners I especially recommend Jennifer’s very precise and gentle style. I have been coming here for two weeks and have been pushing my edge the entire time - and it shows in my strength, flexibility, and inner peace.“

All of the teachers are incredible and the classes offered have a good variety of skill level, type of yoga, and schedule. The terrace and main studio have a lovely desert-y aesthetic, and there is fresh cold water. The management is responsive, kind, on top of it! Such good vibes.“

“I've been to a few different style yoga studios but ever since I've been to re:YOGA Therapy+ Wellness, I became addicted. I've always liked hot yoga but it's a much different experience doing hot yoga in the dark and breathing to the beat of the music. At the very end, they put cold towels over your eyes as you lay there in shavasana position and you're just melting into the ground. By the end, you feel rejuvenated and refreshed. I literally just started attending but I'm hooked!“

“I have severe sciatic pain and I work a lot while managing a yoga studio and teaching so I never really get the chance to fully relax and recover. I know what poses to do but I needed something else to help my body recover. Missy intuitively knew the exact spots where I needed work in my body, and my hamstrings and glutes felt so much relief afterwards. The mobilizations she did were great too. I guess I knew that I needed to relax more, but this experience really drove it home. I was going to do a workout today but now I'm going home and giving myself a break!“
