822 S Robertson Blvd, Los Angeles“I went to RPT in October 2026 with a 1.5 mile time of 18 min and I needed to get down to 15 within 7 weeks. I pushed hard and worked hard but I didn’t know if it was going to be possible. Trainer Ray never let me give up, some days even running with me so I could learn to pace and breathe. I bought the package with the nutrition and followed it daily. I listened to everything Ray told me to do, including my recovery and resting days. Today I passed my academy with a 13:30 time which would have not been possible without Ray and the RPT team. Ray has checked on me even when I left and no longer a client and has made me feel like part of the RPT team and family not just a client. Thank you for your dedication to your clients and putting in the work to get me where I am today.“
“I was introduced to YogaBox in April where I did the 3-class trial. I absolutely fell in love with the challenge. I have been going consistently since the end of May. I built my little routine and am very appreciative of the proactive, inspiring, and kind instructors. One of my favorites at the moment is Rhiannon. Taking her class is a highlight of my week. She is well-educated, curates rhythmic flows, and never forgets to cheer us on! A moto I live by now is “I can do hard things”. Her messages before, during, and after follow me through my days- uplifting my mood and grounding me. She’s great, YogaBox is great, and I’m great!“

“This is one of my favorite personal development centers in LA. It is a community center that educates people on the mind and how to manage your through the through mindfulness practices, based on teachings by Gurudev.
I started attending a few years ago in college when I found out about the SKY meditation program and have been coming back ever since.
Check out their full moon mediations, which happen every full moon and are open to the public. This is a great introduction to meditation for people who are curious and want to explore a new space.“
“I feel so alive after a class at Platefit. They have multiple style classes and instructors are so awesome and accommodating!“

11500 W Olympic Blvd Ste 640, Los Angeles“Grateful for Re+Active PT - A Heartfelt Thanks Yesterday, Sam’s last official session at Re+Active PT was bittersweet. We are incredibly grateful for everything they've done for him. From the very first day we walked through their doors, they welcomed us like family. The team not only helped Sam manage his physical struggles but gave him back a sense of joy and confidence we hadn't seen in a long time. Sam even gave them a special thank-you gift: pens, keychains, and bookmarks he made, which he handed out to the staff. It was a beautiful moment to see their smiles in return, knowing he had a part in making their day. ? While this chapter of the 8-week program has officially ended, we’re not saying goodbye to Re+Active. We plan to continue visiting and, as we’re able, schedule additional sessions. They’ve been such an integral part of Sam’s journey, and we can’t wait to stay a part of their community. ?“

2023 Bay St, Los Angeles“Sooooo... I drank the Crossfit Kool-aid. After years of watching my husband practice this crazy sport, I finally gave in.
I am not now, nor have I ever been a sporty person. I started coming to Mixtape for their yoga classes. Loved it. I then moved on to spin classes. Yes! I can do this. Now I'm doing the crazy WOD (Workout of the Day). I'm actually doing things in the gym I would have never thought I could do.
The coaches are without exception knowledgeable,
approachable, and encouraging. They modify and accomodate the workouts to your level of fitness. The facility is not like a typical chain gym, but it is clean and welcoming. But the NUMBER ONE REASON why I keep coming back is the sense of community that Coaches Sadie and Jason have fostered in their business. The inclusivity and comaraderie and overall lovefest I feel here are everything. Having a cruddy day at work? Come to the box. Relationship woes? Come to the box. Too many tamales? Come to the box. You'll sweat. You'll laugh. You'll feel better. Did I mention this is a dog-friendly spot? Seriosuly... come this box!!!“

The facilities and the family-style run operation makes the studio like a second home to me. I have three adult children who followed me to this excellent studio. L A's best yoga studio by far.“

She is enthusiastically engaged in class session, she is energetic, passionate, and knowledgeable about what she is instructing. She keeps learning new things and wholeheartedly shares with students about her new learnings;
3, Besides Victoria, David Aparacio is another exceptionally excellent hot mat Pilate instructor;
4, All original Bikram hot yoga instructors are incredibly outstanding teachers, such as Bobby, Adrian, Scott, Flora, Eva, Laura, Jupiter, Diella, etc., they are all unbelievably dedicated and devoted to their teaching;
4, The price is affordable and reasonable;
5, The studio is located in an amiable neighborhood and community;
6, It is easy to commute;
7, Every Sunday morning, after sweating yourself in Home Studio, you can go and enjoy the vibes of the farmers market right across the street;
8, The studio is maintained quite well on a daily basis.
All in all, I go to the studio to learn, to grow, and to enjoy, and Home Studio has absolutely delivered the purpose I looked for since I joined in. I am so grateful to have found this studio.

The Joshua trip in particular was a heart opening experience for me. The classes led by world-class teachers feel like much more than just yoga classes. They created a space to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. The instructors bring great experience with each session. YogaTalk Events creates great sense of community and deeper connections. Their events and retreats help build meaningful and lifelong connections. I am truly grateful for these experiences and look forward to the next event with them. ?“

It was my first aerial experience. I tried a yoga class with Patricia, and candlelight yoga with Danielle.
If I lived in LA, I'd be here every day :)
The classes are challenging, but there are variations so you can adjust the exercises to meet you where you are at.
Highly recommend trying <3“

8231 W 3rd St, Los Angeles“I’ve officially been coming to Heated Room every single day for a full year, and I can honestly say it has completely transformed my body.
The heated mat Pilates classes have strengthened my performance in the gym (lifting), improved my core stability and muscle definition, and sculpted my body in ways I hadn’t achieved before. It’s also deepened my body awareness and connection to my movement, which carries into everything else I do.
I genuinely look forward to it every day and it’s become part of my lifestyle and a healthy obsession in the best way.“
