Center for Yoga, regardless of where I live, will always be my yoga home! it was here where my yoga journey of renewal and rejuvenation began, and I am honored to have surrounded myself with the best yoga teachers in the world! I continue to practice and teach and carry the teachings of my past mentors in my mind, heart and spirit. My heart is full of gratitude for this amazing practice and this wonderful sanctuary. Truly, yoga is a gift....and I am happy to have made this discovery here! Thank you so very much. Namaste.
