Had to return an item because it was missing suction cups. Sucks that people steal things from item off the shelf. Ethan helped us at the counter to exchange it. He range me up & was goi to charge me the difference. I said that it was cheaper online, he agreed that it was an exchange, he gave me the price match & gave me an additional discount for the inconvenience.

I wrote this review on Google, and I copy and paste it here because I hope this gets back to Vanessa! THANK YOU!!! Today I was helped by Vanessa. Vanessa is a wonderful angel. I walked in desperately seeking for help on a 2 week old baby kitten I found. First person I saw was Vanessa and once I voiced out my help, Vanessa was on it within a matter of seconds. I was led straight to the aisle I had to be in. I wasn't left to wonder on my own, Vanessa was there gathering everything I needed all while educating me on the basics to save this kitten. The Veterinarians and Assistants were very kind and thorough! Being able to see and be with my dog during his visit is everything I wanted. The service and costs are excellent. I’ve stopped going to my neighborhood vet because they price gouge and will not allow you to be in the room when your pet is being treated. It’s crazy! Vetco is my new Vet Clinic for all of my fur baby’s needs! Thank you!
